Service Description

Please schedule a call when you have your details at hand. I will ask about your circumstances; for example are you a home buyer looking for a pre-approval, or property owner looking to refinance. I will ask you about your income, financial commitments and discuss your personal/family living expenses. I will be able to provide an indicative borrowing capacity, suggest lenders and rates and repayments, (advise on your savings if your refinance) and also look at the purchase costs (if applicable) and funds required to complete.
